James Zhao, M.D., M.B.A., has extensive healthcare experience in China. He worked as a consultant with the Monitor Group as well as Ernst & Young in Shanghai. He also worked as a sales supervisor for Bristol Myers Squibb in Chengdu.

He received his medical degree from West China University of Medical Sciences in Chengdu, his M.S. in Molecular Biology from Vrije University in Brussels, and his M.B.A. from Washington University, St. Louis.
